The Throne Room of Grace
Hebrews 4:16
“Therefore let us [with privilege] approach
the throne of grace [that is, the throne of
God’s gracious favor] with confidence and
without fear, so that we may receive mercy
[for our failures] and find [His amazing]
grace to help in time of need [an appropriate
blessing, coming just at the right moment].”

When I was a child, I could walk up to my father anytime to ask him for whatever that I wanted. Even the ones that looked impossible, I still believed my father had all the answers and would definitely provide all that I needed. Growing up, I couldn’t do that so easily because my father knew I was working so I couldn’t ask for just anything. Even if I were to ask him, I would need to prep my mind to come up with the best reason why he should grant that request because I could be “bounced” or denied.
As children, we believed our parents were the answers to all of our problems and hence did not hesitate to run to them whenever we were in trouble or need. That is the same attitude Jesus wants us to have. Come to him like little children and give him all our petitions.
Mark 10:15
“I assure you and most solemnly
say to you, whoever does not
receive and welcome the kingdom
of God like a child will not enter
it at all.”

Linking the two scenarios, Jesus Christ wants us to be like little children who are not ashamed of asking their father for whatever they need. He wants us to come to him like we go to our earthly fathers.
This got me thinking … How do I go to my Heavenly Father freely without any guilt or fear of my petitions not being answered? Where do I meet Him? Is He a human being like my earthly father? Will He understand my needs like my earthly father? If He is a spirit then how can I see Him?
In this particular revelation, I saw a big round stone at an entrance with an angel standing guard. It was more like he was keeping watch. Suddenly the angel rolled the stone away and there was this shining light coming from the place. This particular scene reminded me of the resurrection of Jesus Christ where the angel of the Lord rolled away the stone.
Matthew 28:2
“And a great earthquake had
occurred, for an angel of the
Lord descended from heaven
and came and rolled away the
stone [from the opening of the
tomb], and sat on it.”

Then the Holy Spirit explained to me. The rolling of the stone I saw in the vision was the same stone that rolled away when Christ resurrected. And it is also similar to the veil that tore in the upper room.
What am I trying to say here??? Jesus Christ’s resurrection granted every believer access into God’s Throne Room of Grace. Just like little children who can walk up to their earthly parents to ask for whatever they want. That’s the same way the death and resurrection of Christ has given us access to Our Heavenly Father. The Throne Room access is a special Grace that our Lord Jesus Christ gave to every believer.
Titus 2:11
“For the [remarkable, undeserved]
grace of God that brings salvation
has appeared to all men.”

In the revelation, I saw a number of people entering this room. And once you get to the entrance, automatically your forehead is imprinted with GRACE. The Spirit then explained that He has made His Grace available to every single one of us.
Ephesians 4:7
“Yet grace [God’s undeserved favor]
was given to each one of us [not
indiscriminately, but in different
ways] in proportion to the measure
of Christ’s [rich and abundant] gift.”
– AMP
This same Grace allows each and everyone of us to come to Him WHENEVER we want to. There is no required time to come to His Throne Room, there is no booking of appointments and there are no limitations. Isn’t this amazing???? Just like walking up to our earthly father to ask for anything, we can do same with our heavenly father.
His Grace is so sufficient for us and his strength is made perfect in our weaknesses hence when we even feel like we are not worthy, or underserving of His presence He still grants us that perfect strength. Right now, we have access to Him whenever we want. All that Jesus is asking for is a relationship with you. He wants to communicate with you on a daily basis. He wants to reveal His secrets to you. He wants to take that burden off you. He wants to be there for you. He wants to use you to accomplish His purpose. We have that access now. We have no excuse.
He’s yearning to speak to you. He’s yearning to have a relationship with you. Are you ready to enter His throne room?? Where His Grace is sufficient?? Where you can pour out your heart to Him?? Where he will not judge you for any wrong doings? Where He still loves you?? Where you can leave all your burdens and cares??? I don’t know about you but I am yearning to be in that Throne Room where Mercy, Love and Grace abound forever more.
If you are then please say this prayer from the deepest part of your heart:
My Heavenly Father, I thank you for the gift of Life. I thank you for your continuous love, grace and mercies, which abounds forever more. I admit I am a sinner and today I repent of my sins. I accept the Lord Jesus Christ as my personal Lord and Saviour and I want Him to come and live in my heart to be Lord over my life. I want to have access to this amazing throne room of Grace and to have a deeper relationship with Him. I thank you for coming into my life this day. In Jesus’ name I have prayed. AMEN!
Don’t forget that God loves you very much and is waiting with open arms to receive you.
